RETURN POLICY
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned with original tags attached, unworn, and unwashed. Items that are returned with makeup, deodorant stains, pet hair, or perfume smells may be subject to rejection. The cost of shipping a rejected item will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or in the form of store credit. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed on sale items, accessories, or gifts (jewelry, scarves, hats, seasonal items, shoes, bralettes, etc.)
All items must be mailed back to The Banyan Tree Online at 529 24th Street West Billings, MT 59102. Returns can also be made directly, in-store, free of charge. All returns must be accompanied with original packing slip or a paper copy of the sales receipt. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling of returned items via mail. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
