What sizes do you carry?

We carry Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large both online and in-store. However, we are very intentional about carrying different vendors who run on the larger. We pivot where the demand is. If you’d like us to carry larger sizes, let us know by filling out the contact form or emailing us at thebanyantreeonline@gmail.com. How does in store pick up work?

Simply select the STOREPICKUP shipping option at checkout to pick your order up at our store location instead of having it shipped to you! Once the order is ready you will receive a phone call/email notifying you that the order is waiting for you. The address to our store is 529 24th Street West Billings, MT 59102.

Do you have a physical retail store?

Are your products produced ethically?

We do our best to partner with companies that uphold the same standards and business practices as we do. In the instances that we discover companies operating against our standards we cease working with them. The clothing we carry comes from a variety of manufacturers. Most of what we carry is made in California or China, though we do not oversee the production directly, we can assure you that we do not work with companies that practice child labor or any other unethical practices.

Returned Package?

If a package is returned to The Banyan Tree due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we will contact you. A shipping charge for sending the product out a second time will be charged.

What is your shipping process?

The Banyan Tree is committed to processing orders promptly. We fill orders 1-3 days from the time of purchase. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. If you do not receive your package within that timeframe, please contact us at thebanyantreeonline@gmail.com.

We do ship internationally. All packages are shipped with duties and taxes unpaid. These charges may or may not apply to your package. If you are unaware of the custom or tax charges, we ask that you contact your local customs office before you purchase with us. The customer is responsible for all fees. Shipping costs vary depending on package size and location.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

I placed my order but didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

First please add thebanyantreeonline@gmail.com to your email address book and check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email. If you still don't see the order confirmation, the email address entered at checkout may have been entered incorrectly. Please email us at thebanyantreeonline@gmail.com and tell us the email address where you would like the order confirmation sent and we will check and see if for some reason the order didn't go through or if the email address was simply entered incorrectly at checkout.

What do I do if an item shrunk when I washed it?

Due to the fact that we cannot verify if the washing instructions were followed; Once an item has been washed it is considered *FINAL SALE* and is ineligible to be returned. We recommend checking all items for specific washing instructions before washing. Please note that hand-wash items should be washed by hand and not on the "hand wash" cycle on a machine.

How can I change/cancel my order?

Please reach out to us as soon as possible at (406) 534-8533 or use the contact form. We want to ship orders as fast as possible, so we may not be able to change/cancel your order. If we have processed your order, it will need to be shipped back as a normal exchange. Please see our Exchange/Return Policy page for details.

My package was stolen, what should I do?

We recommend contacting your local authorities immediately. The Banyan Tree is not responsible for stolen packages.
